Thanks for all of your guidance and help. Initially I thought we could do it without much help since we had been assessed at CMM Level 3. In February of this year it became very clear that was not the case. I wish we had gotten you involved in the process sooner than we did. If we had we could have been appraised much sooner than we were. I recently talked with someone that was thinking about getting appraised and told them to get someone like you involved early in their process.
