Requirements MANAGEMENT OVERVIEW Course Description

This overview of requirements management examines the key issues and activities involved in documenting requirements and managing the changes to requirements.  It describes an approach that is compliant with the Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI®) Requirements Management (REQM) Process Area (PA).

The course reviews the primary activities involved in performing requirements management:  managing baselines, controlling changes to requirements, updating plans, and documenting and reviewing requirements.  In discussions throughout the workshop, attendees consider how the organization performs the requirements management activities and their role in those activities.
